Problem with tab visibility

I have a tab in the menu. Here is the workflow:

After that the tab Verkaufspunkte should be visible.
That did not work.

When I put the profile tab in the tabs section everything works fine.

It also works when the profie tab is in the menu section and more then one tab from the tab section become visible.

I think this coud be a bug.

Using a custom action does the trick and makes the workflow much smoother.

As so often the error is sitting in front of the system.
