Problem Repeatedly Occurred Error

Continuing the discussion from Error when viewing app:

Hi, recently several of my users have reached out stating that they have received
'A problem repeatedly occurred (see screenshot). It seems to be a similar issue as the bookmark above.

I have instructed them to delete the bookmark but the problem persists.

That URL does load for me. Do these users have something in common about the type of device they use to access the app?

Same error starting about 3 weeks ago… all Apple phone users

Thank you for looking into this. All users seem to be on iPhones – web versions and Android phones have no issue

Desktop - I can access normally. Using Dia Browser (Chromium) on MacOS Tahoe.

Mobile - Working normally on iOS26.

Can you check if the issue is still presented on your users’ devices?

Still seems to load normally for me so not sure what can cause the issue. Can you reproduce it yourself?
