Prefill Glide form from link

Hello,

I am wanting to have a link to the Glide form in my CRM which will prefill some of the fields with data. This will differ depending on the record in the CRM.

I know most form builders have this with ?name=John but not sure how to execute this in Glide?

Glad of any ideas.
