Plan Cancellation

Good day

I am unable to cancel the plan for my project. It’s set to automatically renew tomorrow and I’ve no longer got any use for my created application.

I’ve clicked the cancel plan button on the billing page, I’ve filled out the form asking why I’m cancelling my plan but it still does not cancel it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you just not remove your billing information?

Have you contacted Glide Support?

I am having the same issue also. When I submitted the ticket to glide, all I get is automated reply. No action taken. Any other channel to reach them? Cause I can’t remove the credit card details also.

Yeah, no reply on my cancellation request. Only received the automated reply on Glide Support Ticket Confirmation
