Overlay Box header no longer has floating 'X' - pages

Hello,

I noticed that recently the overlay options have changed and the design has gotten worse (in my opinion).

Two images attached with PII redacted. the first shows the old design which was really nice - allowing an overlay box to contain elements all the way to the top of it. The ‘X’ to close the window sits outside the overlay.

The second image shows the behaviour now. The ‘X’ takes up an entire bar along the top of the overlay box which pushes all elements down and makes the UX less appealing.

Is there a toggle for this? Or some way to bring back the old design?

I think that space at the top is reserved for the screen title.
But of course of you don’t have a title then it just becomes wasted empty space.
