OpenAI Integration DALL-E "Generate an Image: could not fetch"

Okay, I had my credit card on DALL-E but not on platform.openai.com. Now I have entered my credit card on platform and on Glide the generate an image command seems to work but not always: in fact the first time I try on a new page in my web app I still see the error, while the second time it is successful.
