Offline

Hi I am going on a flight today which doesn’t have WiFi, will I still be able to use the software to continue building my app and just upload the changes when I land?

Not too sure but if you open the builder while you have an internet connection, and then go offline, as long as you keep the tab open, I think you will still be able to build and it will save the changes when you get back online (but do not close the tab or browser or you will lose all your changes)

In my experience you cannot use the Glide builder offline to create or work on an application. Every time the builder needs to sync with Glide servers, when creating new screens, components, tables or workflows, you are going to have an issue and the builder might hang or return an error message.

(You’ve probably already taken your flight and got the answer from real-life experience.)
