I would collect as much info you think is unique to the Device (through the Get device info column).

But as I said last time, this isn’t foolproof. Tech-savvy users can fake or change device information using emulators or browser tools, making it possible to bypass restrictions.

If a user gets a new phone, resets their device, or uses multiple devices (like a phone and a tablet), they might get locked out or face unnecessary hurdles.
