Objectives and key results (OKR) is a goal-setting framework for defining and tracking objectives and their outcomes.

This template is a great way to:

  • Get feedback from your team
  • Keep track of goals
  • Stay in touch with your teammates with high-fives
  • Get to know your (remote) teammates better with 1-1 coffee breaks

Looks really nice!

The one concern I have (and this isn’t anything you can change or control, just a note to the limitation of current Glide inner workings) is that a user could click Submit during the submission process no matter what page of the form they are on. It would be great if there were a way to build multi-page forms that can use a required field on the last page, for example, to control the visibility of the Submit button. I’d worry about someone not hitting the “Next Phase” button, but rather hitting the Submit button before completing all the pages.

That’s true. But that’s why we have the progress bar.
