I want to be notified when someone signs up for my public app. Based on what I have read it seems like a zapier action would be the way to go. I can’t find info on how to create a trigger though when a row is added to the user table when someone signs up.

It’s not possible to trigger actions when a user signs into your app. However, there are options. One option would be to have a short onboarding process for new users, and have the user tap a button when they are done. You could attach an action to that button which would trigger your Zap.
