when the user selects a product, I want the cart tab to have a red bubble showing the number of the product the user has selected.
can it be done?
note: I use GLIDE PAGE
No, only in Apss you can do that, in Pages you would have to create your own tabs buttons… unless you have a business plan… and use CSS, but i never try that in pages… i don’t know if is possible. It looks like Pages CSS is limited.

in the apps for collection cards it can scroll horizontally, on the PAGE I noticed there is no option for that, am I right?
You are correct, pages are still way behind Apps
