I am trying to verify a new email account on Glide, but I am not receiving the verification email.
I have already checked my spam/junk folder, but the email is still not appearing.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What type of email provider are you using?
Many thanks for your reply. The issue has now been resolved. It appears that our Sophos server was blocking emails from the GlideApps domain.
