Hi! Just discovered this new Title + Action Feature released yesterday.
It’s super cool to Edit Profile/Sign in.
But when I switch to Anonymous User, the profile pic does not refresh as it should (my column is correct and is empty). It shows the last pic instead.
Besides, I’d rather display a small profile pic (as shown in the inline list below, iconized).
Either thanks to an option in the Layout.
Or?

UPDATE: Rich Text can be actionable too! 
So your IMG SRC can be the size you want AND actionable, Yes!
