Can we achieve this in Glide as below snip marked navigation form?
There is very little customisation of the nav bars available unfortunately. So not exactly as shown
One way to create something analogous might be to use a choice field which shows / hides the fields under it. So put all the components on the same page and show the relevant ones for the choice selection.
However it looks like you have some sort of viz on that if that’s what the colour coding dots are. Not sure how you could achieve it. An emoji added by a template maybe?
I think this is the closest you can get.
