I’m trying to determine where CHAT gets names. I have a FIRST NAME and LAST NAME column, and would like chat to use FIRST NAME. Seems like it always uses LAST NAME and if there’s a setting I missed it.
So how does CHAT decide which name to use?
I believe it’s the “Name” column in your User Profiles settings. See the “User Profiles Screen” section here.
