My certifications under two different email addresses

Hello Gliders! Initially I signed up to GLIDE with my hotmail and inside this profile, I have 4 Glide Certificates. Later on, when I saw that the security email (the 6 digits) that Glide sometimes sends didn´t show up in my inbox, I started using my gmail (which worked for this purpose). Now I think I have two profiles. The one with my hotmail has 4 glide certificates in it and the one with my gmail has my 5th certificate. How can I join all the information into one profile, the GMAIL one? Thanks!
