Multiple images URLs extraction

Hello everyone. My first time posting here on the glide community (although I have been stalking a wee bit for a few weeks now). I have to say, Glide has been pretty life changing for me as a non-technical founder of a startup. I’d like to say thank you to the whole Glide team. I’m completely hooked.

I’d like to ask, is there is an easy way to extract the URLs from a multiple images column in the data view? I’m hoping to export the image locations in a CSV file.

Thank you!

Yes. Through the use of a ‘helper’ table.

Basically you want to copy the values from the multiple files column to a helper table and then extract them one on each row. You’ll want to add rows to the helper table in advance which satisfies the maximum number of rows you could have.

This has been the goto method

Try a Joined List column pointing directly at the multiple images array.

I guess that would give you a CSV Jeff but I was thinking if he’s using the integration might need to transpose them first

Thank you both for the rapid responses. The joined list approach works perfectly for my needs, as in my csv export I need them separated by a “|”. I will do a bit more reading on the inline list: miracle method now. Thanks again:)
