Monitoring rows usage - using API or json

Hello community, good morning (from Brazil)!!!
I need to monitor the use of rows in my application.

I can see it in the application administrator area > usage but I would like to automate monitoring through an API or make or zapier.

Has anyone ever done something similar?
Is there any API that I can extract this information from my account or the application?
Any ideas or workarounds?

There is nothing that Glide provides specifically for this purpose, but if you have a Business Plan or better, you could use the Glide API to periodically fetch all rows in all tables, and count them.
