To do that, you must have access to individual drivers’ location at any time. That would be possible with the location component, but I haven’t tested it myself recently to know if it eats too much into your updates.

Live Location - not for production use

Once you have the live location, you can use the distance column to calculate each driver’s distance to a specific location/coordinates.

Personally I don’t think Glide is a good choice for apps that require tracking live location of other users. I have written about my thoughts in the following post.

I’m going to be honest here. I don’t think a web app is well suited for something like this. I say that because it requires an app to be open and active on the screen at all times. Turning the screen off or switching to a different app on your device is going to kill that connection, so drivers would not be able to use their device for anything else or be able to turn the screen off.
