Using Glide Pages, on the mobile, while logged in, I cannot see the link to the profile or to sign out when the mobile is on a vertical display.
On a horizontal display I can see it.
It looks like you’re on a details view screen. Does it appear if you go back to the top tab level?

Yes I’m on a details view screen.
But why should the user go back on the top tab level to have access to his account, it should be available on all screens ?
He’s not supposed to know that when the mobile is on vertical mode his profile is only available on top tab level…
Just trying to debug and find the source of the issue. Process of elimination. I’m sure if Glide knows where it does and doesn’t work, then they can maybe fix it faster.
Has it ever worked the way you described (as in when they’re in a details view, the profile icon appears on the top right?
No I don’t think so I ever saw the profil icon in a detail view, but in terms of UX approach I’m surprised Glide made this choice. Their UX is amazing, but on this it doesn’t work.
For the users it looks like there is no access to the profil page. At least that’s what happened in my user tests.
And what is even more surprising, it’s that the icon appears when we turn the mobile on horizontal mode.
Yeah, that’s what I think as well. It’s a choice from the start. It’s kind of the same thing for Apps, so I doubt there will be any changes.
I will still pass this to the team to see if they can help. Thanks for the report.
