Limiting access tu public URL for uploaded Files

Hi,
We are developing an app for a client that would like to perform an AI analysis of documents.
The documents need to be safely stored and not accessible to the general public.
The problem is that if we use Glide (file picker) to pick the file, it will always upload a copy to a public URL (conceded it is not an obvious URL, but it is still accessible by anyone).
I have checked the previous conversations about this topic in Glide Community, and it seems that once the file is uploaded, it will stay public for at least 30 days after deletion.
Is there any update on this?

In one previous conversation (Private Storage Option - #7 by Test_Test), there was a response from the Glide CEO that said:

"The URL is public but not simple–you must know the URL containing a password.

We will introduce an authenticated storage option."

Is this available yet? if not, when?

I support the idea that any private company would not use Glide in any such use case: no one would accept the possibility that their files would be dispersed and accessible.
As matter of fact, I will have a way to implement this functionality outside Glide.

I don’t think there’s an option for this at the moment.

Sommes nous certains que jusqu’à présent, lorsqu’on fini par n’avoir aucun lien de fichier hebergé sur le stockage Glideapp, dans ses Tables Glide ou Feuilles Google, ces fichiers stockés initialement sur les serveurs Glideapp, seront donc suprimés au bout de 30 jours environ, et que cela renouvellera par conséquent, en quelle sorte, notre disponibilité de stockage ?

Are we certain that, so far, when we end up having no file links hosted on Glideapp storage, whether in its Glide Tables or Google Sheets, those files initially stored on Glideapp servers will be deleted after approximately 30 days? And will this consequently renew, in a way, our storage availability?

You should get the storage space back as soon as you stop referencing it in your app.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai essayé la supression (ou le remplacement ) de liens du stockage Glideapps, ( 4 ou 7 liens ), par le biais des tableaux Google Sheets, et il se trouve que la place occupée dans le stockage, remonte ou se modifie dans les 10min après une suppression de lien…
