Will my Legacy Free have the new Free features?

No. Legacy plans do not receive a lot of the new features, but there may or may not be differences that determine if you want to stick with a legacy plan or switch to a new plan.

Thanks, @Jeff_Hager ! I remember your previous answer and just created a new team and it has the new Free plan. And I just transferred my app there. Super smooth process!
