Latest Project - Digital Property Listings

Excited to share my latest project—a Glide app for digital property listings

:face_with_head_bandage: Time wasted, information lost when coordinating availability with clients & agents
:iphone: With the app, clients can walk in scan code & get all the info.
:phone: No more endless phone calls & queries from Agents. Everything they need is in the app.

:woman_technologist: Not just for mobile, check it on a wide screen, its a website for your property.
:couch_and_lamp: Unit Amenity Info
:swimming_man: Property Amenity Info
:stadium: Neighborhood info
:card_index_dividers: Inquiry management
:gift: Rent offers

I find your app gorgeous and functional. It’s super impressive.

The only aspect I dislike is that you use button components which are clickable to display information only. I found myself clicking on these buttons, and nothing happened. The way you did it is really nice from a UI perspective, but not as nice for UX. It’s a fair tradeoff.

Thank you for your feedback! It is highly appreciated.
Its a bit of a challenge to display information in a nice way… I was planning to make these buttons actually take you into a slide in screen which could possibly improve the UX. with a short description of the info.

You did an incredible job on this design, very impressive. Beautiful use of colors and “white space”, it has great contrast.

If I can make a couple of suggestions,

  1. There are 2 filter options in the exact same place on the “Units” page, I don’t think that is necessary. I would remove the “Set Custom Filter” button and just have the filter attached to the collection. This way, it doesn’t shrink down the “All Units” button when someone adds a listing to their favorites list. :+1:t3:

  2. Consider adding some type of color contrast to the options on the FAQ page. I didn’t realize the “questions” listed on the page were clickable, so it might be a good idea to offset those with a color or icon to indicate the option to display more upon clicking.

Everything else is fantastic, great work. :100: @abdo

Beautiful! Agree with Nathan. Only thing misleading is that some buttons have functionality and some are for display only. Sometimes single button bars have a mix of display and functional buttons which makes the app feel like easter eggs.

Also, this button’s shuffle action is affecting the previous page:
