  • Can you please help what happen today ?
  • cannot login
  • network issue?
  • happen since yesterday

please help ? need an update.

Things to try:

  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try with a different browser
  • Switch to a different network, or connect to a VPN

But all my user experience the same things.

Are all your users in the same location, on the same network?

When this issue happens, it’s usually due to a network routing (not speed) issue.
If switching to a different network isn’t practical, you can try reaching out directly to Glide Support via the chat in the builder.

some of them working from home also experience the same thing. But, sometime can login, sometimes turn up, couldnt load. BUT, other website can access without problem. that’s why i wondering.

i cannot open even the builder :frowning:
I have 5 apps, and all 5 apps is down

i tried this one only .
But still the same.

As Darren noted, it’s usually due to a network routing issue. Try using a VPN to see if it helps.
