Is there a way to retrieve lost rows after a user hits the limit?

My client continued using his app after the ‘limit has been reached’ warning appeared. He lost some sales data due to this. Is there a way to retrieve lost rows after we made more space for the new rows?

Which limit? Do you mean the row limit?
Which plan are you on?
What data source are you using?
How did you make more space available?

It’s the maker plan.
I mean the row limit.
We are using Google sheets.
I transfer the information to another sheet for the accountant (this is automated unless we reach the row limit before the end of the quarter).

Data should not be lost if I recall correctly. As I recall, if you ever exceed the row limit, some of the data will become hidden, but it should not be deleted. By removing old data, newer data should reappear.

If you are on the current Maker plan, you should have 25k rows available, but you could have up to 50k rows if you use high scale data sources, like Glide Big Tables.

Thank you, good to know!

Will double check to see if he just had less sales last month. But that’s good to hear
