Inter-app chat - GlideApp to GlideApp

I have two Glide Apps and would like to have an App-to-App chat capability.

Is their a recommendation? Has someone built one? Sendbird or Sendbird-like integration between different GlideApps. Not Glide and other Apps (this would be Slack/Teams integration) but just between different Glide Apps so the same underlying technology stack (Glide)

Why not use a shared table?
No integration required.
