Inexperienced for help on page design and navigation

First time user, I’m hoping t build a site that helps me organize my construction projects and build costs. not sure how to make the layout the way I want:

Project 1
SUBTAB 1 - Residential calculator (property information, comps , purchase price)
SUBTAB 2 - Loan Calculator
SUBTAB 3 _ MARCS Model
----------------- inventory and labor list
----------------- MARCS life span
SUBTAB 4 - Appreciation
SUBTAB 5 - Aromatization chart
SUBTAB 6 - before and after picture

essentially I have subtabs that pull from different excels and im not sure how to build this. I would like to be able to add A “project 2” and have the same layout but with blank information.

So you would have multiple projects under an app, and each project should have these features available?
