Hi there,
I am migrating my classic app to app. I discovered there are inconsistencies in the visibility component ie. what wasnt meant to show up was showing up in my app but not previously in my classic app.
The classic app and the app which i am migrating to, are running on the same data (google sheets). I am pretty sure all other glide settings remain the same. I have been at this for 2 days and just couldnt figure out why.
Could anyone shed light on why this happens? Happy to elaborate further with screenshots (however i have confidential personal email addresses in my sheets)
Thank you
Yes, it would be helpful if you can provide a few examples. You can redact/blur any sensitive details.
Thanks for the quick response.
In the image with the brighter shade of blue, that’s my old app.
The button ‘Questions? Get in touch’ should not show up, according to the visibility conditions.
In the other image,
‘please sign in to enjoy access to all features’ is set on the same visibility conditions but it is showing up when it shouldnt.
Both are viewed using the same Profile.
Edited: For context: Count_List_with_ExistingList is a relation column set to relate the new user to existing users- if it equals 0 means it is a new user. Similarly, Name (existing learners with advisors) is also to determine is the user has been assigned an advisor.
Let me know if this works?
I guess I would open up the data preview by clicking the Data button in the lower left corner of the builder and see what data you are working with.

bummer, i had opened both my classic app and app side by side so i could copy the information over to my new app. They were pulling from the same data source and I guess this messed up the logic. case resolved for now. thanks all
