So I have a list of locations. Each location may have several units. How, so in an ‘Add unit’ form, where the button to add it i put in each location’s details page, I don’t have to enter the location, it automatically adds in to the table with the other data I’m putting in the form? Thanks.
Your question is quite confusing. Would you mind adding a couple of screen shots to help us better visualise what you are trying to do?
Something like this, so in the form, you don;'t need to specify the location, the app automatically enters ‘London’
