Impressed by Glide‘s Help Bot

Just wanted to share a really positive experience with Glide’s help bot.

I ran into a fairly technical issue transferring an app between teams (involving workflow log tables / SQL data sources), and the bot guided me step-by-step — including when it was safe to unlink those tables.

The advice was accurate, clear, and ultimately resolved the issue completely.

Particularly impressive given it was outside normal support hours — easily one of the most capable and reliable help bots I’ve used.
