How do I easily find icons/emojis to copy’n’past into the text/records?

I vaguely recall seeing a couple of YouTube videos of something doing just this. They used a browser shortcut, but it was offscreen. For the life of me, I can’t find the relevant videos.

I just want to quick and easy way to find icons/emojis and past them into records/text.

Hehe maybe both. I’ve been using emojipedia for quite awhile, but I just recently came across the unicode link from an old post I found in the forum.
