I spy a floating button in staging 👀

Not THAT bad but made me curious if it was icon-specific. It doesn’t seem to be.

That’s odd. Does it happen of different devices? I haven’t seen that yet, but I haven’t played with it a whole lot yet. I’ll let you know if I come across the same issue.

Do you still have any residual CSS that you added at any point?

@ehdubya just curious, what device are you seeing that on?

Fine on desktop. Haven’t tried it on my Android (its dead/charging) but I use an iPhone XR and this was the screenshot.

No CSS in the app (yet ).

Thanks will check it out on my iPhone to see if it’s the same on mine

The oblong floating button is a bug, it will be a circle in our next release!

Thanks for the reply @david - much appreciated!

Again, not really a big deal (considering it was JUST released). Just wanted to point it out that’s all!

@david What’s the point for a title in a floating button? It doesn’t display the title, it displays the icon.

Could be for accessibility purposes (screen readers, etc. Not sure though.

Probably just there if you ever change back to a regular button.

This is a fantastic component.

It would be really cool if I could simply change a pre-existing button to this so I don’t have to recreate the form design that it opens.

You can. I was able to switch my form buttons to these no problem.

Same! I thought it was going to be a separate component.

Yep, already discussed it above.
