How to create a new table when creating a new item in a collection

Hi All
Im trying to have a new table created automatically (that is specific to the item) when a user adds a item to a catalogue (in this case the catalogue is people/ guests and the user would be adding a new guest to the catalogue of guests)

I need the new table to be specific (locked) to the newly added guest profile.

Why do you need a whole new table though? Shouldn’t you only need a new row?
