How to automatically create a new row in as separate table for each item in an array in a given table?

I have three tables. Business Activities which contains a column with an array of items found in a second table called Pressures. I would like to automatically create, in a third table called Measures, a row for each of the items in the array along with the Row ID for the related Business Activity. Any suggestions on an approach? I am not a coder, so hoping to use Glide native capabilities. Thanks!

Never mind! I took a different approach. (But if there is a relatively easy solution, I would be interested to know.
