How to activate component highlighting in the layout editor

How can I activate component highlighting in the layout editor? (Component highlights on the interface preview when hovering over it in the left panel component list)

You can toggle it using the button at the bottom left in the Layout Editor, or use the shortcut key: Cmd on MacOS, Ctrl on Windows.
