I want to switch my spreadsheet from my personal email to my gsuite. I have all the files I need on the gsuite, but how do I disconnect the current spreadsheet & connect it to the current one??

You can’t do this, you’ll have to make a new app.

Make your app copyable and then your new account can make a copy of the app and sheet.
