How do I remove the user icon on my tile photo?

See below. How do I remove those mini profile pics overlaid on top of the item pics?

I didn’t add them btw. At least afaik. I forgot to mention in my OP that these avatars only appear for anonymous users (not signed in). I don’t recall seeing them a few months ago, so I suspect it’s a “feature”.

take out avatar, from element or CSS

How did you get them there in the first place?
That looks like something that would have been done with either Cloudinary or CSS.

  • Go to the layout builder
  • Go to the tab
  • Go to the inline list
  • In the pane right hand side, you’ll the settings of the inline list. Scroll you the bottom where it says Overlays.
  • Can you remove the avatar image?

Thanks for your suggestion. I don’t see that option.

This is how it happened.

  • You previously configured this as a cards list.
  • You have that circle image from an avatar overlay setting.

  • You switched to a list style image.
  • The avatar overlay is not cleared.

Fix: switch to the card style, remove the avatar, and switch back to list style.

@ThinhDinh ’s instructions should work. I’ve noticed this also when switching from square files to circle…weird behavior. Probably should be reported as a bug.
