How do i enable in-app sort?

The option to enable in-app sort is nowhere to be found, and none of the documentation tells you where it is. where is it??

Contrary to classic apps, where you could add an in app sort, you can’t in the new Glide apps.

You can, as seen in your screenshot, sort the collection by a field.
Then if you want in app sort, the best thing to do is to use a table collection.
