How can i get the last value from Lookup Column

As per the below photo, i have a lookup column contains values.
How can i get the last value for every row.
Rev No Glide.

As far as i know, i could pull that data by using a single value column, However, i need this to be continues and automatic for each row individually.

Kindly, How can i do that?

Single Value should do it.
Make sure you are targeting the Lookup column directly, and not via the table name.
