How can I add a menu item that is tied to a form action?

Hi all,

I have buttons on my homepage that opens a form submission for the user. I would also like the user to navigate to this form via the mobile menu. However when I add in a new menu item I cannot find a way to add this in as an action item that redirects to the form.

Is there. way to do this?

Tab/Menu items can’t have actions associated to them (even though that would be nice). You’d need to place a form button on a details screen unless you build a custom form:
