How can i hide or delete “form” or other titles!

Hello friend, I have the same question to ask. But I don’t think it can be done at the moment since it takes this name from the name you have given to the TAB. A petition should be opened for this. Because graphically it is not very nice to see the title at the top

What you see there is the label you’ve given to that tab.
If you don’t want the label, you can set it to an empty string (ie. delete it)

Ahh thanks! but I still have a problem where do I find that image menu among the Glide options.

You can also replace the Screen Title field with an empty character:
