Help with Subscription

Hi all,

I’ve built an app that has a free and paid section with a weekly subscription. I have set up a link to gocardless to process the subscription from the app however I can’t work out how to update user profile once the subscription has been processed. Gocardless doesn’t connect with Zapier.

Does anyone know a workaround here?

Does gocardless works with webhooks? Maybe try running an scenario with Integromat to fill out your sheet when the customer has paid.

It does, but unfortunately doesn’t include email address which is our identifier.
