i have developed a calorie tracking app using glide successfully and thought of uploading it to google play store. Then figured out its limitation on row limits. As well even if i use glide big tables it wont work for user profile as well functions like lookup, rollups and quarry are not working properly which makes difficult to create cumulative rollup and display. I’m just a beginner and self learner of making app, after trying so many options i felt like i met a dead end wall. My honest view is glide can only be used as learning tool for beginners. And not suitable for creating real world apps. it has many wall to prevent that as well their big table is not that useful since it restrict many functions. Using outsourced backend is very costly in glide.
