Glide app Notification like Instagram or Facebook?

Hi Friends and Experts,

I am trying to build a platform like Instagram

• Is there any way for followers and automatic notification features
• Example: I Follow Mr, Prime minister if the prime minister post something I will get a notification

If anyone has built a similar type of app kindly share the link
