Glide app - not loading

My apps just came back up too

After all of that the issue I was having is now reversed…

gummygrab.com is working

www. gummygrab .com is not working

I am landing on ‘not found’

Both links now reach the app.

gummygrab.com seems to work fine.

www.gummygrab.com has several issues and behaves differently. No buttons at bottom of screen, no x button on the top of the pop up that asks you to add the app to home screen, when you add to cart the app crashes.

Any ideas - @david

The buttons at the bottom of the page do work, they are just invisible.

Please file a support request at https://glideapps.com/support when you need help, do not mention me here because I will miss it.

  • this is likely it is related to an earlier DNS configuration
  • it will likely clear up in 48 hours
  • if it doesn’t, please let us know

Glide is unavailable, cannot access my user.

Some users may experience issues logging into the builder or apps. An upstream service provider is currently experiencing issues. The Glide team is tracking the issue, there is currently no ETA on a fix.
