I added a new tab and now the puls symbol is unable and it´s showing a tip: for now you can only add a component in a detail view

someone knows about it?

That’s normal and has always worked that way. If you only want a list layout, then you will only be able to display one of the list styles with any of the List Style layouts. If you want to customize a screen with different components, then switch to a Details Style Layout.
