Is there a way to feed OpenAI an image so it could return a better version of that image?

No, not that I’m aware of.
The OpenAI Generate Image extension accepts a textual description of an image and generates an image based on that description.
In any case, how would you define “better” when it comes to images? Isn’t beauty in the eye of the beholder? 
If you are looking to enhance an image - apply different effects, etc - then you’re probably looking for something like Cloudinary.
Here’s my use case.
Take a photo of a vacant space at home.
Upload it.
Add a prompt to suggest a better interior design ie. Rustic feels. - that’s what I mean by better
Pass to OpenAI.
Hope to receive the same photo but now with additions from OpenAI.
Does that make sense?

Yes, that makes sense and it’s a good use case.
Unfortunately the current Integration doesn’t support that.
Suggestion: take a look at what’s available on futuretools.io. If you find one that does what you need then perhaps we can suggest it to the Glide team as a future integration.
This is where Midjourney can really shine, but it doesn’t have an API.
Whenever I try to generate an image I get a cannot complete message. What am I doing wrong?
Can you show us what action are you using? Do you have a card in your OpenAI account?

@Thomas_Turner do you have a credit card on file with a OpenAI? Their API is not free.
