I’d like to create an app/website whereby customers can book an event on a particular date and once booked the app/website would show a list of attendees who have booked. Is this possible in Glide?

This is completely possible. You can utilize the event picker component and use inline lists to show who have booked. Let us know if you have more questions about this.
