Error When Completing Onboarding Form

Hello Glide Team

I’ve been trying to complete the onboarding form after signing in, but I keep getting an “error” message when I click Continue on the final step. I’ve selected all the required fields, but the form doesn’t proceed.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
  • Incognito mode and clearing cache/cookies
  • Switching networks and devices
  • Disabling browser extensions

Despite this, the error persists. I can access other parts of the Glide app, but this step is blocking me from moving forward.

Could you please look into this or advise on how to bypass it?

Are you talking about a Glide app that you have built that has an onboarding flow, are you trying to create a Glide account to begin building apps? If it’s an onboarding for in an app you are working on, you will need to share how you have set it up and share some screenshots so we can understand what kind of problem you are having.

I keep getting same error message if i try to log in on laptop or phone

Have you tried using VPN to log in from another country?
