If I build an app and land an Enterprise contract, can I then upgrade to a Glide Enterprise plan? Will this include support for me, so I can support my Enterprise customer? I’m looking to land schools, school districts, and very small businesses.
You do get prioritised support with Enterprise, yes.

Hey @Sage_Edutitrof you can definitely upgrade a client to Enterprise to support their account. That said, schools and very small businesses do not typically make good Enterprise clients – we have an Education and Nonprofit discount due to their high-cost sensitivity.
Enterprise is typically better suited for medium to large businesses on a single domain with heavy procurement requirements and a need for support and account management.
